Florence Pellegrino LMT, CLT, Reiki Practitioner
Florence is a graduate of The Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco, New York. She is licensed in New York State, and is well versed in many modalities of massage since 2014. Additionally, she is a dance instructor and choreographer, with an understanding of movement in the body. Her experience encompasses a broad range of techniques, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue, Deep Tissue, Medical, KAM, Sports, Elder, Energy Palpation, Shiatsu, Pregnancy, Chair, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy and Swedish massage. Florence also graduated from The Norton School Of Lymphatic Therapy. She is fully certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), which classifies her as an expert in lymphatics. Florence is also fully certified in Medical Massage which classifies Florence as a specialist when it comes to injury and pain management. She is not only a massage therapist, but a Reiki Master as well. She trained at The Awareness Shop in New Paltz, New York, and achieved her Reiki Masters in 2006. Florence believes that imbalance occurs in the energetic field as well as the physical body, and strives to facilitate healing and transformation in order to maintain homeostasis. She is very intuitive and truly loves her work; it shines through every massage that she performs.
