He has also been seen around NYC, Syracuse, Utica, Rochester, Buffalo, and a number of other upstate NY locations and has repeatedly crossed state lines, ILLegally, to infect the masses in CT, MA, VT, MD, NV, CA and has even crossed the Canadian border to spread his insanity before the voices summoned him home.
