Refunds will not be possible after September 15th.
Valid state or federal-issued photo ID and proof of event admission are required to check-in.
If you need to transfer ownership we can issue a refund prior to September 15th.
At our discretion, we may be able to hold the room for who you like and charge a card in their name for the price of the room. (This is done to avoid reseller price gouging)
