Yes! People will be playing that game and others, and we will be accommodating with tables and chairs for other card & board games like chess, drawing, poetry, etc. 

Intellectuals welcomed! 
Cosplay, medieval roll playing, and fancy dress encouraged!

Unfortunately, no there isn’t. This is a hotel, and they sell rooms. They also don’t want the damage to the grounds. However, there are campsites in the area if you would rather camp.

We have VERY limited royalty tickets if you’re into status. No more than 6 will be in existence. Look for them in the ticket section.

We are kindly asking that you find a sitter for your emotional support animals to avoid conflicts with other animals.
We know your fur baby is good as gold. It’s everyone else’s we are worried about. 

For now, we are not allowing animals for liability reasons, and to keep all people and pets safe.

Yes. As you know every establishment is legally obliged to allow your highly trained, state certified service animal.
We only request that you reach out to us so that we can make special arrangements and inform our staff. 

18+ only. This will be worth getting a sitter for, we promise!

Please dress up & cosplay!  Plastic swords are allowed for your costume. Please understand that we will not allow anything that could be considered a dangerous weapon into the event with the exception of an apparatus that’s used medically.  

If you’re not working, please help make this dream a reality by supporting the cause and get your ticket in advance. We have an extremely limited budget for this size event in it’s first ever occurrence. We appreciate everyone fully!
